Let’s start with how to fold your pocket square. Master the gentleman’s guide on how to accessories and style your suit. Although it may appear as I am sharing my step to step on how to make a handkerchief disappear magic trick, this is not the search for you. Styling can be as easy as knowing what to do. A suit is a timeless investment, it’s classic and is a traditional gentleman’s uniform. For a guy like myself who likes to wear suits on a daily basis, it’s the most structural element in my wardrobe to make me feel confident, intelligent and look like I work in the banking industry (yeah right!) Whether it’s for meetings, business or events, change the style from casual to smart by adding the simplest of changes. Starting with the two piece Marks & Spencer suit as your sponge to your cake. Decorate it with ties, pocket squares, socks and shoes to change up your occasion. I tend to choose accessories based on coordinated colours, patterns and textures, but just be careful not to over contrast your choices. Experiment with stripes, polka dots and bolder colours, to separate the fashion from the business men.
TOP TIPS FOR ACCESSORISING:
1. Choose a light colour Pocket Square than the blazer.
2. If you have a plain shirt go for a Simple Tie/Patterned Tie
3. If you are wearing a Patterned Shirt go for a Simple Tie
4. Coordinate your accessories with a similar colour palette. For example: Grey/Blue/White or various of shades
